and what we can learn:

The role of managed care in medicaid fraud.  Minnesota has no transparency or 
accountability for the HMO's that run our multi-billion dollar medicaid system. 
 The centerpiece of the affordable care act is the expansion of medicaid.  We 
will spend 7 trillion dollars on this in the next 10 years and a hugh portion 
is going to enrich HMO's that add no value, and despite being non-profit,  are 
making enormous profits.
