Rev. Loren McGrail was an Ecumenical Accompanier in Bethlehem this Spring with the World Council of Churches Ecumenical Accompaniment Program in Israel and Palestine and a short -term volunteer with Global Missions of the United Church of Christ and Disciples of Christ. Working with a human rights framework and grounded in the Kairos Palestine Document, she will outline what a Just Peace would look like and what it would require of us, including withdrawing or limiting military aid and using “economic leverage,” boycotts, divestments, or sanctions.
