HI,  Next Tuesday, Nov 12 , we will be listening to Rosemary Golias who will 
talk about Validation* , which is a program developed by Naomi File to better 
communicate with the elderly and with sufferers of dementia/Alzheimer's.  These 
techniques are helpful for both families and professional caregivers.   
Rosemary is certified as a Validation* teacher/presenter so she speaks with 
experience but not in the usual context people expect.  

The book she recommends is "The Empathic Civilization: The Race to  Global 
Consciousness in a World in Crisis" by Jeremy Rifkin.
