Tuesday,  July 23,  Speaker, David Feinwacks will talk about the role of 
managed care in medicaid fraud in MN.  The HMOs that run our multi-billion 
dollar medicaid system have no transparency or accountability.  This is a 
problem for the centerpiece of the Affordable Care Act and the expansion of 
medicaid.  Trillions of dollars are being spent on this and huge portion is 
going to enrich HMOs despite being non-profit.  Where is the transparency and 
accountability of our tax-money?
