Hi, Tuesday, April 7, we will show the film, At the River I Stand. Great film about the workers movement. Takes place during the 1968 strike by sanitation workers in Memphis, which became one of the most important events of the Civil Rights movement as well.

Tuesday, Aprill 14, Jerene Mortenson, the mother of Greg Mortenson, author of Three Cups of Tea, will be our guest for the evening. Because of an expected larger than normal turnout, the venue will be changed from the Mad Hatter to the W 7th/Oneida Community Center, which is on the corner of St Clair and Oneida, just up the street from W7th and St Clair. (the W.7th Library is in this building)

Thank you,
patty
