Hi, the Salon this week will be a continuation of the reading and discussion of the essay, The World House, by Dr. Martin Luther King. It is from his last book , Where Do We Go From Here: Chaos or Community? I have copies at Tea House if needed. Mad Hatter's Tea House, 943 W 7th, St Paul. 6:30 to 8:30PM, Tuesday, Feb. 8. Small donation for tea, treats and program is appreciated. Thanks, patty The following Salons for Feb. are: Feb. 15, the poetry of Mary Oliver will be read. (No, she, herself will not be here as it sort of indicated in the Villager calendar) Feb. 22, John Kolstad, president of Mill City Music in Mpls and current Chair of Minnesota Universal Health Care Coalition will share his thought on Healing Our Sick Health Care System. John is convinced that universal single payer health care is good for business, good for the economy and good for just you and me.
