*Volunteer with Oxfam Action Corps - Minnesota at Ripple Effect*, an
exciting progressive festival expected to draw over 7,000 people on
September 2 from 12:30 to 7 PM on the lawn of the State Capitol. Held less
than a mile from the Republican National Convention, Ripple Effect will be a
nonpartisan event, featuring outstanding bands, inspiring artists, and
empowering information. It's *free* and open to the public. Substance a
non-profit bridging music, arts, and activism, is organizing the festival.

action outside the RNC - will go beyond the convention and beyond
