About the Keynote Speaker:
Keynote Speaker Ishmael Beah is author of the international best seller, A Long 
Way Gone: Memoirs of a Boy Soldier 
Through his book and speaking tours, Beah attempts to reveal truth and inspire 
by sharing his compelling story and advocating for the rights of children. Beah 
is a member of the Human Rights Watch Children's Rights Division Advisory 
and was recently appointed UNICEF's Advocate for Children Affected by War.
