We need your help to reduce global warming! Our UU Statement of Conscience
on Global Warming http://www.uua.org/actions/ecology/06global-warming.html
calls us to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions through our personal
actions, our congregations, and policy advocacy.  
 
The Minnesota legislature recently passed a strong Renewable Electricity
Standard, which will reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. 
 
In addition, the legislature will be holding hearings on two key bills: (1)
Energy Efficiency Bill   (Senate File 997; House File 1221) and (2) Global
Warming Mitigation Act (Senate File 192; House File 375). You can read &

Please contact your Minnesota senator and representative and ask them to
support legislation this session to significantly lessen our global warming
