SUN, FEB 4 9:30am FIRST UNITARIAN SOCIETY 900 Mount Curve, Minneapolis SPECIAL ADULT EDUCATION FORUM: IS PEACEMAKING REALLY CONNECTED TO GLOBAL WARMING? Jack Nelson-Pallmeyer, Justice and Peace Studies professor at St. Thomas University, has some very interesting ideas about how Peacemaking is connected to Global Warming, among other things. UUs chose Peacemaking as our new four-year Study-Action Issue at General Assembly last summer - and Jack has kindly agreed to help us begin to explore what that could mean! Plan to c'mon back Thursday, February 8th, 7-8:30pm, for a follow-up discussion also at FUS, among UUs who want to join together for both study AND action!
