HI, The Little Book of the Odd Month Club's book for discussion on Sept. 25, is Rhoda Gilman's book, STAND UP: THE STORY OF MINNESOTA'S PROTEST TRADITION. The book can be purchased at Common Good Books, The James J. Hill House, the Ramsey House and the Minndsota History Center. It may also be at Micawbers. The author will be with us to help us discuss the book. This is an engaging story of Minnesota's rich protest tradition. Ms. Gilman describes Minnesota's recent protest movements in order to place them firmly in the context of the state's protest tradition, and to draw lessons about their meaning. Thanks, patty
